GGym
GGym is a training log: what you lifted, and what you lifted last time.
Getting help
Email bilal.khettab@gmail.com with a question, a bug or a suggestion. Please say which iPhone and which version of iOS you are on, and what you were doing when something went wrong.
How the app works
- Start a session from the Sessions screen, then choose an exercise.
- Log a set with the weight and rep controls, or tap the weight to type a value.
- Rest starts on its own after each set. Tap the bar to skip it.
- Swipe down on an exercise to see the whole session, add another exercise, or change the rest length and units.
- Swipe down on a past session to go back to your history.
Where your data lives
On your device, and nowhere else. There is no account and nothing is uploaded. See the privacy policy for the detail.
Because the data is local, deleting the app deletes your training history. If you have iCloud Backup or encrypted local backups turned on, your device backup will include it, the same as any other app.
Known limits
- The app is iPhone-only and portrait-only.
- There is no sync between devices.
- The first launch includes a month of sample sessions so the history and "last time" figures are not empty. Terminating and starting your own sessions adds to it.
